- Zero-touch cutover tooling standardizing how workloads transition from on-prem to AWS.
- One-week release cadence for new patterns, doubling pattern output within three months.
- Re-platformed data flows on Kinesis, Glue, ECS and Flink for streaming and batch workloads.
- Security and cost-optimization reviews embedded into the standard delivery flow, not bolted on afterward.
